All your sessions are done with a coach, so you won’t be left to just train by yourself. We have 3 types of coaching sessions. These are Small Group PT, BUILD and BURN. With access to 8 sessions over the 14 days, you are going to see a huge difference in strength, fitness and stamina.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group Training is what we specialise in. You will be assigned a designated coach to help guide and keep you accountable throughout. These sessions are designed to help you improve technique, build strength, get fitter and more confident with weight lifting.
Build is our most popular functional fitness class and for good reason. The Build class has a big focus on Strength & Conditioning and this is done through a combination of weights and cardio. If you are looking to build strength as well as cardiovascular fitness, this class is for you.
With a focus on burning calories and building cardiovascular fitness, the Burn class is a tough workout that incorporates our 4 cardio pieces, the ski, bike erg, assault bike and rower.
