360 Virtual is a platform that allows you to train from anywhere in the world, a platform that allows you to train the 360Athletic way with no restrictions
Literally bringing the 360Athletic experience to you. With this program we take our Small Group Personal Training approach and bring it to you virtually. You will be able to book your small group personal training sessions online through our coaching group and follow along at home whilst the coaches lead you through the session via zoom.

Our sessions are suitable for all levels and the workouts can be easily progressed and regressed. The sessions are run through Zoom and you will be also be given 5 sessions per week to follow for the days you are training by yourself. The booking of sessions is simple and this is done through the coaching group.
