SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (UNLIMITED)
Small Group Training is what we specialise in. You will be assigned a designated coach to help guide and keep you accountable throughout. These sessions are designed to help you improve technique, build strength, get fitter and more confident with weight lifting.
BUILD CLASSES (UNLIMITED)
Build is our most popular class and for good reason. The Build class has a big focus on Strength & Conditioning and this is done through a combination of weights and cardio. If you are looking to build strength as well as cardiovascular fitness, this class is for you.
BURN CLASSES (UNLIMITED)
With a focus on burning calories and building cardiovascular fitness, the Burn class is a tough workout that incorporates our 4 cardio pieces, the ski, bike erg, assault bike and rower.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS (UNLIMITED)
You will also get to experience our virtual Zoom workouts for the days you can’t make it to the gym. From 360 Burn to 360 Mobility, we have a variety of virtual sessions to ensure you stay accountable when at home.
