A full bodied functional fitness program written, tried and tested by Co-founder and head of training Ben West.
This mix model approach to training is for those with experience under their belt, those that have been doing either functional fitness, bodybuilding or Crossfit style workouts and have good knowledge when it comes to training.
From strength based compound lifting, muscle building accessory movements and conditioning work designed to build your fitness engine, this 5 session per week BE YOUR ATHLETE program will ensure you are performing and moving at your best.
This program is billed monthly from the day you start. You can cancel anytime after the first month with 48hrs notice by emailing email@example.com
