We are the first studio in London to really combine the coaching and the clinic, enabling our members to experience what it is truly like to exercise properly, whilst treating underlying injuries, and finally reaching the goals that they’ve been chasing for years!

Our members get access to tailored personal training to get strong, unlimited classes to get fit and burn extra calories, a monthly check up with their physiotherapist or osteopath, a monthly recipe manual to ensure their nutrition is on point, monthly BMI testing, amongst other things…

Through trialling and testing we’ve created a concept that really works, no matter what your goals are!

Small Group Personal Training

We have taken the tailored approach from one-to-one personal training and the community feel of working out with others from big classes and created what we call SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING. This model allows you to follow a tailored training plan; structured and set for you as an individual but in a group of up to 4 people. All our small group training sessions focus on Mobility, Strength and Cardiovascular Fitness. Its here you will get both the individual support and group motivation that will help you keep up the good work and get real results.

At 360Athletic we see many people who have never trained before, or are coming back to fitness from an injury and really need to take it steady as they build up their strength and fitness. The goal of our FUNDAMENTALS small group personal training sessions is to slowly introduce you into training, focusing on your weaknesses and ensuring you have the basics correct before you move onto the more advanced exercises. For those new to training or coming from injury, this is the perfect way to start. We’ve got your back!

With a prime focus on building lean muscle and strength under fatigue, BUILD is a mix of short burst cardio and strength work, which ticks all the boxes, both physically and mentally.

Burn Class

Burn Class

Designed to build fitness, burn a huge amount of calories and leave you feeling amped, BURN is the perfect class to go all out; with a mixture of cardio, weight and bodyweight to really push you hard.

Express Class

Express Class

Short on time? Only have a quick lunch break from work? Then EXPRESS is for you. Incorporating a mixture of cardio and strength to ensure you get the biggest bang for your buck in only 30 minutes. You will burn calories here!

Mobility Class

Mobility Class

A mobile body is a strong body, a resilient body and an efficient body. This MOBILITY class is all about mobilising the joints to ensure you move well and remain injury free.
