We are halfway through the London Design Festival, bringing the city to life with creativity and celebrating it as a cultural hub of the world.
Fitness communities have a lot in common with art communities. They have the ability to create conversation, bring people together, empower progress & impact mental health.
“The medical profession has come a long way in recognizing the healing benefits of art. My hope is that someday the arts will be considered as significant in everyone’s lives as breathing fresh air, eating clean foods, and performing physical exercise.” ~ Renée Phillips
You’ll see on our imagery that we are very inspired by bright, bold art. This is because colour & pattern invigorates & inspires happiness in what can be a very monochrome landscape. Take a look at the @360athletic Instagram
feed. You’ll see what I mean.
As London grows, we see it being broken down from one large city, into lots of small villages enabling a more ‘local life’, creating commonality & opportunities to connect. This is fundamental to making a better word, so since before 360Athletic opened our fitness studio in Victoria, nurturing our local area has been a key aim. One way we do this is by taking inspiration from local artists and their work.
Your fitness journey is just as much about creating mental clarity, making friends, preventing injury and building a body that enables you to live better for longer. Our goal is to create a safe space where like-minded people can come to thrive, to #BEYOURATHLETE, no matter what that means to each individual person. Let’s call is the art of 360.
We collaborate to create a fitness family.
This is how we place-make in a better way.
