Scott’s passion for fitness stems from his own fitness journey. Having lost 27 kilograms at the age of 18, Scott knows exactly what it takes both mentally and physically to help you through your journey.
Scott has worked in the industry for over four years and has a wealth of experience assisting people with both the technical & motivational aspects of training.
Scott believes that once you have the skills and knowledge to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle; positive change is inevitable.
