Join our 30 day Intro Package to benefit from a movement screening with one of our therapists at The Clinic, 12 small group personal training sessions, unlimited group classes and our Nutrition Bible. This package gives you access to our memberships.

If you’re not a member and would like to try our small group personal training sessions you can purchase a one off pass. Of course, being a member and following a programme is more results driven and effective.


Our classes are tailored to your needs, whilst giving you a serious work out. We advise that you join our 30 Day Trial or memberships for access to unlimited classes alongside the small group personal training to get the most out of our offerings with the most cost effective approach.

We offer one to one personal training for those wanting that extra attention. Doing our classes alongside your personal training sessions will help cover all areas of your exercise program. If you can’t find a time that suits you please contact our team so we can accommodate you.
