Everyone’s journey starts with Our 30 Day Programme. It begins with an initial consultation giving us a chance to find out more about your fitness and health goals. From there you will have access to 8 Small Group Personal Training sessions with a focus on your movement, technique and building strength. You will also have access to unlimited fitness classes where you will develop greater cardiovascular fitness and work on your energy systems. Finally over the 30 days you will work with a designated coach on your nutrition in order to better serve your journey and fitness goals.

Small Group Training is what we specialise in. You will be assigned a designated coach to help guide and keep you accountable throughout. These sessions are designed to help you improve technique, build strength, get fitter and more confident with weight lifting.

UNLIMITED BUILD CLASSES

UNLIMITED BUILD CLASSES

Build is our most popular class and for good reason. The Build class has a big focus on Strength & Conditioning and this is done through a combination of weights and cardio. If you are looking to build strength as well as cardiovascular fitness, this class is for you.

UNLIMITED BURN CLASSES

UNLIMITED BURN CLASSES

With a focus on burning calories and building cardiovascular fitness, the Burn class is a tough workout that incorporates our 4 cardio pieces, the ski, bike erg, assault bike and rower.

8 VIRTUAL COACHING SESSIONS

8 VIRTUAL COACHING SESSIONS

You will also get to workout virtualy with our Zoom workouts for the days you can’t make it to the gym. From 360 Burn to 360 Mobility, we have a variety of virtual sessions to ensure you stay accountable when at home.

NUTRITION SUPPORT

NUTRITION SUPPORT

You will be assigned a coach to help and guide you with your nutrition from the start. From helping with food diaries to monthly recipe ideas, not only will you get support in the gym, but you will get the support you need outside to maximise your results and improve your health

BODY COMPOSITION TRACKING

BODY COMPOSITION TRACKING

We use a state of the art body composition tracking machine to help with understanding your results. This looks at body fat, BMI, lean muscle tissue as well as tracking your weight as you progress. We will do this on day 1 and again at the end of the 30 day program
